Global Visas has a simple business model – we take all the time and stress out of visa application by taking care of all the legal requirements and leg work for visa applicants. Our business is happy clients – meaning any complaints about our service are taken very seriously.

The Global Visas Complaints page allows us to monitor customer feedback, using this information to improve our standard of service. We encourage all our clients to contact us with any suggestions or advice.

Our company serves thousands of customers worldwide every year. Of these thousands of customers, only 0.02 per cent has reported any problems.

Given we deal with various government departments on a daily basis, these problems are often out of our hands. Nevertheless, we believe it is important that customers contact us with any issues.

Global Visas customers are asked to complete a feedback questionnaire at the concludion of our service. It is important to note that 96 per cent of our customers say they would use recommend our service to friends and family.
