Global Visas Fraud

The Global Visas Fraud page has been set up to help our customers avoid many of the fraudulent practices that hamper the immigration industry.

Since the company was founded in 1996, Global Visas has encountered a number of cases involving forged documents, misinformation and conmen.

Common scams seen by our staff include:

  • Bogus job offers made to vulnerable individuals, who then attempt to apply for a working visa. These ‘job offers’ are usually the work of conmen, using the promise of employment to obtain sensitive information or money from their victims.
  • Unqualified immigration consultants, offering incorrect or outdated advice which could ruin any chance of obtaining a visa. All of Global Visas’ immigration consultants are fully qualified to provide immigration advice and submit visa applications on your behalf.
  • Forged supporting documents submitted with visa applications, which are easily spotted by the government immigration departments processing your visa.

Even Global Visas has been targeted by fraudsters who create ‘copy-cat’ companies. This involves companies taking on a similar name – such as ‘Globe Visa’ – in an attempt to obtain money or sensitive information. These companies have absolutely no connection with Global Visas and should not be trusted.

Any doubts should be directed to a member of the Global Visas team. Our experienced staff members have seen it all, and can quickly identify a fraud. Please contact us with any queries or concerns – no matter how small – and we will happily help.
